Terms & Refund Policy
These terms apply when you book and join a live class with Technical Veerji (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By reserving a seat and completing payment, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully before you pay.
Booking a class
- Each booking reserves one seat in a specific live class slot. Seats are limited and are confirmed only once your payment succeeds.
- When you book, you provide your name, email, and phone number so we can deliver your class link and reminders. Please make sure these details are correct.
Choosing your slot
- Choose your class timing carefully. Please select your class schedule with caution before you finalise it.
- Your slot is final. Once you opt for a specific class slot, you can only join that particular session. Switching to a different time slot is not permitted.
Joining your class
- Log in with your registered email only. You can access the class only with the exact email ID you used while purchasing the course.
- Your join link is personal to you. Please don't share it — access is tied to your registered email and chosen slot.
- After the class, we email the recording link to every registered attendee. The link stays valid for 30 days.
Payments
- Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Your booking is confirmed once payment is successfully verified.
- Payment issues. If you encounter any problem related to your payment, you can report it directly to support@technicalveerji.com.
Refund policy
All payments are non-refundable. Once your payment is completed, it is strictly non-refundable. This includes cases where you are unable to attend, join with the wrong email, or select the wrong slot — so please choose your class timing carefully before paying. If a class is cancelled or rescheduled by us, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be communicated where appropriate.
